TWO years ago, during summer, I ate a very ripe AND delicious MANGO grown in MEXICO and purchased at the LOCAL grocery store ... I decided to plant the BIG seed in a plastic pot filled with homemade COMPOST ... It germinated within a FEW weeks and I brought the container INSIDE before winter arrived ...
It is now almost 3 FEET high and doing GREAT ! Maybe, when I am really REALLY old, I will have the PLEASURE of tasting one of its sweet FRUITS ...
Gardening is PURE magic ... And it is all about ANTICIPATION, optimism and SIMPLICITY ... Three of my FAVORITE words !
