MAPLE syrup OVERDOSE ...


If you COULD smell our house right now ... 
You'd think you have DIED of MAPLE sugar OVEDOSE and gone straight to CANDY heaven ... 

After HOURS and HOURS of boiling the sap in four LARGE pots on the STOVE, I just bottled the first batch of PRECIOUS spring ELIXIR of the year ... 

The Algonguins called it SINZIBUCKWUD or if you prefer TAPPED from the WOOD ... We call it SIROP D'ÉRABLE in Québec ... HOMEMADE maple SYRUP ! 

A LITTLE miracle and a GRAND pleasure offered to us as an EARLY spring gift by MOTHER NATURE ...
